  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F (165 °C) and grease cake pan.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla together.
  4. Pour wet mix into dry mix and combine. Stir in shredded zucchini.
  5. Pour mix into greased pan.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean when poked in the center of the cake.
