A southwestern twist on hummus.

15 1/4 oz reduced sodium black beans
1 chipotle pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
1// cup lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
Directions
Drain and rinse the beans.
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Note: for a thinner consistency add 1 tablespoon of water at a time.
