Creamy White Bean Dip
Tasty dip that goes great with veggies.
14 1/2 oz cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sage
1/4 fl oz water
1/4 tsp black pepper
Add all ingredients to food processor.
Process until smooth. If needed, add water by teaspoon to thin to desired consistency.
Serve with vegetables or whole wheat pita chips.
