Raisin & Sunflower Seed Granola Bars
A homemade granola bar with raisins, sunflower seed kernels and much more.
||Toast oats in oven for about 10 minutes until light brown.
||Add oats to a bowl with toffee bits, sunflower seeds, raisins, cranberries, and chia seeds.
||Melt butter in pot with sugar and honey, stir well until sugar is fully dissolved, add vanilla and almond extract and stir well.
||Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix together very well.
||Press mixture into parchment paper lined pan or silicone pan. Press down very well and put in refrigerator for 2 hours, remove and cut in desired shape.
