  1. Heat oven and pizza stone (optional) to 400 °F (205 °C). Allow pizza dough to come to room temperature. Dust with flour and roll out into 12" circle on a pizza peel.
  2. Use spoon to spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce over dough, leaving 1" perimeter for crust. Spread mozzarella over sauce. Layer pepperoni over cheese. Slice roma tomatoes into circles and layer over pepperoni.
  3. Place pizza into oven using the pizza peel onto the pizza stone or pizza pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese and crust is golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes then slice into 8 equal pieces.
