  1. Preheat oven at 400 °F (205 °C).
  2. Combine ketchup and mustard, stir with a whisk. Reserve 2 1/2 tbsps of ketchup mixture.
  3. Combine remaining ketchup mixture, beef and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to combine.
  4. Divide beef into six equal portions and put in a 6 piece muffin pan coat lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Spread the reserved ketchup mixture evenly into the meatloaves.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
