Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies
Flourless peanut butter cookies make a great treat.
1 cup peanut butter
1 large egg
16 servings 1 packet splenda
1 tsp vanilla
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Mix ingredients together. (Use natural peanut butter with no added sugar if available).
Form into walnut size balls.
Press down in criss-cross pattern with fork dipped in Splenda.
Bake 12 minutes.
