Garlic Shrimp with Tomatoes & Basil
A simple and healthy dish for shrimp lovers.
||Place shrimp in a strainer and run cold water on them for 5-7 minutes.
||Heat up the olive oil and minced garlic in a pan for about a minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
||Add the shrimp and stir fry until it all turns orange in color.
||Add the grape tomatoes, basil, ketchup and salt.
||Stir fry until all ingredients are mixed well with the shrimp.
||Cover and simmer until shrimp shells are transparent in color.
||Serve hot with brown rice or just as is.
