A delicious baked corn treat with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
8 oz corn muffin mix
14 3/4 oz cream-style corn
15 1/4 oz whole kernel corn
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a large bowl, stir together the corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
Pour into a greased 9x13" casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with cheddar.
Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.
