Beat egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until well blended.
Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
Note: the recipe calls for 1 teaspoon salt, but you can leave that out to lower the sodium count. It also calls for 1/2 cup of walnuts but you can leave that out and replace it with whatever you want - like chocolate chips!
