Chicken Corn Soup
Lovely chicken and vegetables soup.
||Place chicken in a stock pot and cover with water. Boil a few hours. Add more water as needed.
||Pull chicken from pot and chill stock in refrigerator. When solid, scrape grease from the top and throw away.
||Pick chicken from bones and cut into small pieces. Add to the stock.
||Reheat stock and flavor as needed with bouillon, or add some pre-packaged broth .
||Add vegetables and herbs. Let simmer for an hour or so to mix flavors.
||Note: you can add or remove any vegetables or add barley to make it heartier.
