Cauliflower Ceviche
A vegetarian ceviche that is easy to make.

Prep Time: 30 mins
  1. Cook florets from one whole fresh cauliflower for 2-3 minutes. Drain and let it cool down.
  2. Add chopped red bell pepper, red onion and tomatoes.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano and cilantro.
  4. Mix.
  5. Finally, add avocado chunks.
  6. Leave it to cool down in refrigerator.
