8 crescent rolls dough
1 cup hash brown potatoes
5 large eggs
16 oz pork sausage
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C)
Open crescent roll dough and spread on 12" pizza pan. Be sure to seal any seams and holes.
Brown, drain and crumble pork sausage.
Thaw frozen hash brown potatoes, and spread over crescent dough.
Cover with cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs and pour evenly over "pizza".
Cover with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
