12 uncured bacon slices
4 oz guacamole
4 tbsps picante medium salsa
2 skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Slice chicken in half so that you have 4 pieces.
Spread avocado evenly across the chicken.
Spread 1 tablespoon of salsa on each piece.
Wrap each with bacon.
Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for about 30 minutes or until chicken reads 160 °F (70 °C).
