Toss shrimp with salt, pepper and pepper flakes. |

Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add shrimp and sauté until just cooked through (2-4 minutes). Transfer cooked shrimp to a bowl. |

Add onion to skillet, sauté until translucent (4-5 minutes). |

Add tomato (with juices), chicken broth, garlic and oregano. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken (8-12 minutes). |

Return shrimp and any juices that have accumulated in the bowl to the skillet/sauce. Toss and cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in basil and parsley. |

Serve and enjoy. |
