1. | Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). |
2. | Wash, halve and seed mini-peppers. |
3. | Drain can of tuna. |
4. | Mix remaining ingredients, except for cheese with tuna. Add season all salt to taste. |
5. | Stuff peppers with tuna mixture. |
