1. | Bring the broth, cider, oil, pepper, allspice and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. |
2. | Stir in the couscous and bring to a boil again. |
3. | Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed. |
4. | Remove from the heat. Fluff with a fork. Cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes. |
