Sausage and Artichoke Pasta
A creamy pasta dish using sausages and artichokes.
2 chicken and sun-dried tomato sausages, sliced
6 artichoke hearts
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
3/4 cup cooking cream
1 tsp minced garlic
8 oz dry penne pasta
Saute garlic with the sausages until warm.
Add artichokes, olives and mushrooms and continue to saute until water has evaporated.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water.
Drain the pasta and add other ingredients, including the cooking cream, mix well and serve.
