My original plan was to put it all in capsules but they are expensive and it would take about 300 per day. I adjusted and put as much as I can in the capsules because it is easier than making them into little balls. I put the yeast and the kale into the capsules because they are smelly and the hemp. It fills 100 capsules to the top which is 1 batch in my pill maker. The rest I make into a dough and roll into balls to dry. It would be fine to use all capsules if you feel like spending that much, or all dough if you don't feel like investing in capsules and a capsule filler. I have the amounts listed here in cups and TBS because the Fatsecret recipe lists the ingredients in servings. Capsule Fillers and capsules are available online. I Use size 000 capsules because they are the largest ones available. |

I grind the capsule ingredients to make them a bit smaller so I can fit more into the capsules. Follow the directions on your capsule filler to add powder to the capsules. |

Grind goji berries into powder. Mix the tablet ingredients thoroughly. The chia will act as a binder to hold your pills together. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to create a dough. Form into smooth balls. Dry in oven on low or dehydrator. |
