1. | In large saucepan heat the olive oil. |
2. | Saute the onion and green pepper until softened. Stir in the garlic. Cook for a minute. |
3. | Add oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, rice, tomatoes, pizza sauce and broth. |
4. | Bring to boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. |
5. | Stir in the pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. Cook for another minute or two. |
6. | Serve the soup in individual bowls with a sprinkling of provolone and parmesan cheese. |
