Olive Oil Chicken
A very delicious and low carb way to enjoy chicken.
1 <span class="measurestring" title="large patty (5.3 oz, raw, 3 patties per lb) (yield after cooking)">large patty</span> chicken
1 tbsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsps salt
1 cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic
Chop the garlic cloves into very tinny cubes.
Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan, after it reaches high, add the chopped garlic.
Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and add to the pan.
Fry on both sides until turns a nice brown color, decrease temperature and cover, cook for 25 minutes.
To serve, cover with 2 tablespoons of the garlic olive oil sauce, enjoy.
