A very delicious and low carb way to enjoy chicken.
||Chop the garlic cloves into very tinny cubes.
||Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan, after it reaches high, add the chopped garlic.
||Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and add to the pan.
||Fry on both sides until turns a nice brown color, decrease temperature and cover, cook for 25 minutes.
||To serve, cover with 2 tablespoons of the garlic olive oil sauce, enjoy.
