Oatmeal and banana baked like cookies.
1 large egg white
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup slices apple chunks
1 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)">medium</span> ripe banana
12 servings 1 packet splenda
1 cup oatmeal
Mash ripe banana in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Put on baking sheet, in cookie shapes and lightly flatten with a spoon.
Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 9 minutes.
Flip them after the 9 minutes, turn the oven off, and let them get a little crunchier in the still warm oven for 5 minutes.
