Directions
  1. Allow cream cheese to soften.
  2. Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla flavoring and Splenda to cream cheese and mix at medium speed until well blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate and freeze. You can make this into mini cheesecakes by using small ziplock containers and freezing them.
  5. You can either eat this frozen or allow to thaw.
  6. Delicious!
