  1. Break cauliflower into pieces. Bring to boil in pan with water. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Place all ingredients, except onion and bacon bits, in food processor. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in bacon bits and onion. Place in ramekin and bake about 15 minutes.
