1. | Combine cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1-2 minutes until partially melted and stir. Microwave again for another minute and stir. |
2. | Add half the almond flour and stir. Microwave again for a minute and then add remaining almond flour. Stir until everything is smooth. |
3. | When mixture has cooled down a bit, add one beaten egg and stir in until it disappears. Don't add the egg to the mixture when it is really hot or it will cook the egg. |
4. | Spoon into a hot oiled pan. Flip when one side is crispy and brown. Plate. Serve with sour cream and hot sauce. |
