1. | Melt and cool margarine. |
2. | Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. |
3. | Beat until smooth. |
4. | For each crepe, lightly grease an 8" skillet and heat until hot. |
5. | Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet, and immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom. |
