1. | Heat olive oil in fry pan. |
2. | Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves. Cook until softened. |
3. | Peel zucchini and slice lenghwise, then slice into 1/4" slices. Add to onion and garlic mixture. Cook until tender-crisp. |
