Directions

1. Heat the oil in a fry pan over high heat.
2. Add peppers and garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
3. Push the peppers to one side of the pan and lay the salmon beside them.
4. Cook for one minute, flip and add the juice.
5. Sprinkle with thyme and cayenne.
6. Spoon the peppers over the fish.
7. Cover, reduce the heat and cook for 6 minutes.
