Dice the mushrooms, peppers, and onions and set aside. |

Bring water in a medium pan to boil and once boiling add your rigatoni. |

In a saucepan on medium low heat pour traditional sauce along with peppers, onions and mushrooms and cover. |

In a frying pan cook and chop your ground turkey until fully cooked, once cooked drain and add it to your sauce. |

Once rigatoni is done strain the pasta for serving. |

Place 1 cup of rigatoni on plate and cover with 1 cup of your completed meat sauce. Add 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and top with your shredded mozzarella. |
