||Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined.
||Bake in paper cups at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
||Makes 6 large muffins or 12 small muffins.
||Note: Splenda packets can be substituted with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of granulated sweetener.
