Ingredients

Directions

1. Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
2. Pour marinade into a large Ziploc bag.
3. Place the pork chops into the bag, squeeze out most of the air, seal, and marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway through.
4. Broil on high heat on a broiling pan for about 5 minutes per side. Time will be different depending on the thickness of your chops.
