1. | Cut the beef into bite size strips and using a meat mallet pound very thin. |
2. | Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook stirring every 2 minutes or until no longer pink. |
3. | Stir in sauce mix and water. |
4. | Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
5. | Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle parsley flakes and serve. |
