Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
3. In bowl mix together wedges and rest of the other ingredients.
4. On a tin foil lined cooking tray, spread out wedges and bake for 25 minutes or until tender and golden.
5. Serve.
