Crispy oven baked chicken with a delicious coating.
||Mix egg, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard in a shallow bowl.
||Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic salt, oregano & parsley in another bowl.
||Cut chicken into 1 - 1.5 oz strips. Dredge each strip into the egg then into the crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet in oven set to 350° F (175° C).
||Bake for 40 minutes until done or to your preference for more crispiness.
