Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Flour the bottom of the pita. Place the floured side down in a frying pan on medium heat. Use a spatula to push the middle of the pita down. Brown the bottom of the pita to your liking. |

Remove the pita from heat and spread tomato paste sauce around, leaving about 1/2" all the way around the pita for the crust. |

Sprinkle half of the basil onto the sauce. |

Sprinkle cheese substitute onto the sauce across the pita evenly. |

Sprinkle the rest of the basil onto the cheese. |

Place the pizza in the oven on a cookie sheet or pizza stone for about three minutes or until cheese melted. |

Turn the oven on broil to brown the cheese to your liking. |

Remove, cut with pizza cutter and enjoy! |
