|1.||Boil 2 litres of water in a heavy based saucepan (or "cocotte"). Meanwhile, clean the vegetables, chop 3 tomatoes and the zucchinis and cut the ends off the green beans.|
|2.||Salt the water and put the prepared vegetables in. Cook for about 30-35 minutes and add the spaghetti. Meanwhile, blend 1 tomato with 1 bunch of basil, the garlic and the olive oil.|
