Turkey Meatloaf with Taco Seasoning
A delicious meatloaf version made the healthy way.
1 large egg
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 oz olive oil spray
1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion
2 oz diced tomatoes
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1 oz reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Take out a large bowl, cheese grater, and broiler pan.
Dice the small onion and grate a large carrot. Put into the bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well with your hands.
Spray the broiler pan with olive oil spray. Then form the mixture into a loaf and put on broiler pan.
Put in the oven for 25-35 minutes.
Take out of the oven, then let cool for 5-10 minutes.
