Very easy turkey chili recipe.
1 1/2 tsps cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
16 oz green salsa
14 1/2 oz reduced sodium chicken broth
32 oz great northern beans
Brown turkey and onions in olive oil until cooked through. Drain and return to pot.
Add cumin, beans (undrained), salsa, and broth.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve with a bit of low fat cheddar cheese and/or lite sour cream.
