Turkey & Black Bean Tacos
These tacos are an easy healthy substitute for a family favorite.
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoes
20 oz cooked ground turkey
8 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup corn
1 cup black beans
Brown turkey in skillet. While browning, dice tomatoes. Drain turkey.
Add seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn and black beans to the ground turkey in the skillet.
Get a tortilla and serve.
Note: optional to add lettuce, shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, etc. Enjoy!
