1/2 cup tomatoes
2 cups apple juice
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 oz white wine
Pour two cups apple juice into a large bowl.
Squeeze canned tomatoes until almost dry; add to bowl.
Add wine (optional).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to marinate.
Bake in oven on 375 °F (190 °C) or grill until fish is white and flaky.
