Ingredients

Directions

1. To make lime dressing, in small bowl, mix lime juice, cilantro, scallion, oil, Splenda, and salt.
2. Add avocados and mash to incorporate. Stir in picante sauce and lemon juice.
3. To make tiered salad, in 2-quart glass salad bowl, arrange tomatoes, cut side down.
4. Place greens over tomatoes. Top with bell pepper, then cauliflower, turkey ham, and chickpeas.
5. Top with half of the lime dressing. Top the dish with olives.
6. Serve with remaining dressing on the side. Garnish with more yellow pepper.
