Heat pan with oil and butter. |

Sauté garlic until light brown. |

Add onions and glaze them. |

Add ground turkey and meatballs. Wait until light brown. |

Add pepper, bay leaf and soy sauce. Leave for 5 minutes. Don't let the sauce get too dry. |

Add cans of tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 30 minutes in a very low heat. This will give it a chance to extract juice from meat. |

Add sugar. |

Boil the spaghetti noodles until done. When serving, put the sauce on top of the spaghetti and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top. |
