Sweet Crab Corn Chowder
Cheap and easy delicious chowder turns soup into a meal.
||Wash and chop white part of leek.
||Sauté leeks in olive oil and butter until tender. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Approximately 5 minutes.
||Add corn and a little of the juice from can.
||Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add to pot.
||Slowly add broth until potatoes are tender. Add any remaining broth. Stir in crab delight.
||Season with salt, pepper, onion powder. Stir in half and half. Heat to desired temperature.
||Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
