Sweet Crab Corn Chowder

  1. Wash and chop white part of leek.
  2. Sauté leeks in olive oil and butter until tender. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Add corn and a little of the juice from can.
  4. Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add to pot.
  5. Slowly add broth until potatoes are tender. Add any remaining broth. Stir in crab delight.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder. Stir in half and half. Heat to desired temperature.
  7. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
