||Wash and chop white part of leek.

||Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add to pot.
||Slowly add broth until potatoes are tender. Add any remaining broth. Stir in crab delight.
||Season with salt, pepper, onion powder. Stir in half and half. Heat to desired temperature.
||Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
