Crockpot steak you can serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
2 lbs top round steak
1 cube beef bouillon
3/4 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 tsp dill weed
4 <span class="measurestring" title="slice, medium (1/8" thick)">slices, medium</span> onion
1 tbsp flour
1 cup fat free sour cream
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Dash with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot.
Add dill, onion, bouillon, and 1.2 cups water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Take meat out of crockpot and place in bowl (do not drain).
Using the juices in crockpot, add sour cream and flour, mix well and add meat, cover for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
