1. | Cut tops off peppers, clean and place in 9 x 9" baking dish. |
2. | In medium bowl, mix spices, broccoli, mushrooms, rice and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce. |
3. | Brown ground beef and add to mixture in bowl. Mix well. |
4. | Fill peppers with the filling. Pour remaining sauce on top of peppers. Pour water in dish around the peppers. |
5. | Lightly cover dish with aluminum foil. |
6. | Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F (175 °C). |
