Strawberry and Banana Soy Smoothie
A great smoothie to have in the morning, especially when you are on the go.
1 <span class="measurestring" title="small (6" to 6-7/8" long)">small</span> banana
1 1/2 cups whole strawberries
1 cup chocolate soy milk
If available use light chocolate soy milk (like 8th Continent brand).
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix.
Once blended makes quite a large size smoothie.
Note: smoothie also keeps well for a few days once blended.
