Steamed 3 Grains
Steamed barley, brown rice and quinoa.
1 cup dry brown rice
4 1/2 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cups</span> water
1 cup dry barley
1 cup dry quinoa
Combine all the grains in a pot. Rinse and drain until the water runs clear. Drain rinse water.
Add water and cook in rice cooker. Use the recommended water for whichever cooking method used.
Note: freeze any unused grains in 1 cup portions. Reheats so beautifully.
