Directions

1. Take seasoning mixture of cumin, salt, sage, paprika, ketchup, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and mix well in a bowl.
2. Season the chops in the mixture.
3. Put the olive oil and butter in a frying pan and when hot place chops in frying pan and cook for up to 10 minutes making sure chops remain juicy in center.
