Spicy Beef & Bean Chili
A hearty seasoned chili with beef, beans, peppers and onions.
4 tbsp enchilada seasoning
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
24 oz boneless, cooked beef
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tbsps chili powder
1 1/2 tbsps cumin
1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
1 1/2 tsps onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
4 sprigs coriander
3 cloves garlic
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 <span class="measurestring" title="can (6 oz)">can</span> tomato paste
1 cup chopped red pepper
12 oz black beans
16 oz kidney beans
Cook beef on a medium heat until browned.
Remove from heat.
Boil kidney beans in six cups of water, for two minutes,
Lower heat to medium,
Add in all other ingredients,
Cook for 4 hours on medium heat.
