Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Meat Sauce
A surprisingly good meal that will make you forget you're dieting.
||Cook squash in oven until soft. Remove from oven and use fork to make "spaghetti".
||While squash is cooking in the oven, puree tomatoes. Then put into medium sauce pan with fennel and heat on low for about 20 minutes.
||In a non-stick skillet, sauté garlic, onions and mushrooms until onions are soft. Then add ground turkey and coriander and cook thoroughly.
||Add the ground turkey mixture to the tomato sauce pan and let simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
||Put "spaghetti" on plate and pour sauce on top.
